The chef was born in Thailand and learned at the feet of his grandmother how to blend the unique flavors of Thailand into balanced and delicious dishes. His passion is to share Thai influenced cuisine, enhanced with wine and cocktails. Message from Chef 'JAY'
I don't have a beautiful background or pathetic story to prove myself, the only thing I have are my experiences when I was young. I lived and learned how Thai tastes are supposed to be, and have to be from my The Best Grand-MOM. She taught me from when I was small many years ago before she passed away and I moved to the United States of America.
All of my culinary dishes are made from my experiments and follow my passion for Thai flavors that started with first job in the kitchen at Las Vegas , Many dishes I cooked by inspiration from where I used to worked and studied techniques from all my great bosses. I infused them with the love and passion from my grand mother's traditional taste of Center Thailand
